The contract provides the following functions, allowing the contract owner to confirm and modify the baseURI and backend signature address.

* Check baseURI
* Modify baseURI (contract owner only)
* Check backend signature address
* Modify backend signature address (contract owner only)
* Retrieve Token ID from User ID
* Check if User ID has been minted
* Retrieve minting wallet address from Token ID
